1. Personal data we collect
Browsing the site does not require your name, phone number or anything else that identifies you. When you send the inquiry form, we receive the items below.
2. Why we process it
- Reviewing manufacturability and replying with quotes and samples
- Sending technical documents (TDS, MSDS, test reports) and follow-up consultation
- Website usage statistics, in aggregate form that does not identify individuals
3. How long we keep it
Personal data related to inquiries and quotes is kept for three years after the inquiry is closed, then destroyed. Where a law requires longer retention, we keep it for that period.
4. Disclosure to third parties and overseas transfer
As a rule, we do not disclose your personal data to third parties. When the manufacturer needs to review your inquiry directly or discuss it with you technically, we first email you the details below and share your data with the manufacturer only after you give separate consent. In that case your personal data is transferred outside Korea.
If you do not consent, we still handle your inquiry and quote as usual; the manufacturer then receives only technical information such as dimensions, material and drawings, without your name, email or phone number. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the privacy officer in section 10.
Apart from this, personal data may be disclosed without consent where required by law or at the lawful request of investigative authorities.
5. Processors and overseas transfer
We entrust processing to the companies below. All three are US companies, so personal data is transferred outside Korea in the process.
When and how: data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) when you submit the form or open a page. Retention is as in section 3. If you do not want your data transferred abroad, you can call us (+82-10-3338-2976) instead of using the form.
6. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies for usage statistics. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; browsing the site and sending inquiries still work.
7. Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal data. Contact the privacy officer below by email or phone and we will act without delay.
8. Destruction
Personal data is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; printouts are shredded.
9. Security measures
Encryption in transit (HTTPS), least-privilege access to personal data, and management of the staff who handle it.

12. Changes to this policy
This policy applies from 6 October 2026. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
