It depends on the item and the specification. At the prototype stage you can start with a small sample quantity. Send dimensions and material and we reply with MOQ and unit price together.
When dimensions, material and quantity are clear, usually within 2–3 business days. If a new geometry or a grade check is needed, we tell you the schedule first after confirming with the plant.
Yes. Stocked sizes ship immediately; for new specifications we come back with prototype schedule and cost first.

Most of the time, yes. We do not sell fixed part numbers — we build to your drawing and specification. Give us two of OD, ID and wall thickness plus the application and we reply with workable combinations.
1 Fr = 1/3 mm. 7.2 Fr is about 2.4 mm outer diameter; 10.2 Fr is about 3.4 mm. Send whichever of Fr or mm is easier for you.
Yes. Send the grade name and required properties and we confirm with the factory whether that resin can be run.
Tip forming, hole punching, tapering, marker bands and shape setting run on the same order. Send a drawing and we confirm the machining accuracy and manufacturability at that location.
Yes. We provide a technical data sheet (TDS) and safety data sheet (MSDS) per item. Ask for them with your inquiry and we send them with the quotation.
Linstant was ISO 13485 certified in 2015 and provides ISO 10993-5 (cytotoxicity) and -10 (irritation and sensitization) test data. Production runs in 12,000 ㎡ of ISO 7 cleanroom.
We supply UHMWPE liner as a replacement for PTFE liner. It is PFAS-free and has better wear resistance in the same size range. Samples are available on request.
