We extrude PEEK, PI, PTFE, FEP, PEBAX and TPU, and reinforce with braid and coil. Inner diameter 0.10–23.00 mm, reinforced tubing 1.7–39 Fr, tolerance from ±0.01 mm. We do not sell part numbers — we build to your drawing.
Braid and coil reinforcement, reflow, tip forming, hole punching, marker bands, hydrophilic coating, laser printing. We finish extruded tube to one step short of a finished device, all in the same ISO 7 cleanroom.
