A stainless braid inside a PEBAX shaft holds 1,200 PSI(83 bar). The tip is radiopaque and soft, reducing vessel trauma, and its shape memory returns the curve after repeated manipulation.
Sample dimensions are 4F 1.40×1.03, 5F 1.70×1.13 · 1.70×1.21, 6F 1.98×1.38 and 7F 2.34×1.10 mm (OD×ID). Extrusion, braiding, welding, tip forming, shape setting and molding all happen under one roof, so curve and length are built to your order.
The braid carries pushability and torque, and the large lumen lets contrast media through without restriction. The build is verified to 1,200 PSI.
