Precision extruded tubing runs 0.1 mm to 23.0 mm in PP, PC, PE, PA, TPU and PEBAX, in single, dual, triple and multi-lumen forms and single to triple layer constructions.
High-temperature grades including PEEK, PPSU and PSU are also extruded. Dimensional ranges vary by grade and are not published.

We take inquiries for customer-specified grades such as Rilsan BESNO TL, Pebax 5533/4033, PA11, PEI and TR55. Availability is confirmed with the plant.
Segmented hardness is achieved by combining extrusion and reflow. Provide the target durometers and transition lengths.
It depends on material and size; customer RFQs commonly ask for around ±0.025 mm. Send the drawing for a feasibility answer.
