Dilators are built to match the sheath size within 1.10×1.45 – 1.10×4.01 mm and supplied together. For sizes not in the table, send a drawing and we confirm feasibility.

Choosing a structure

Structures
Coil reinforcement
Kink resistance first

A spring coil resists crushing and kinking. It helps on tortuous paths and covers the wider length range.

Braid reinforcement
Torque transmission first

The braid carries rotation to the tip. It suits procedures where orientation matters, and reaches 16 Fr.

Set contents
Sheath + dilator

The dilator is built to the sheath inner diameter and delivered with it. Valve and side-port assembly follow your requested specification.

Should I choose coil or braid?

Coil where the path is tortuous, braid where directional control matters. Tell us the site and the path and we propose a build.

Can I buy the dilator alone?

Yes. Tell us the sheath inner diameter or the guidewire size you will use.

Is hydrophilic coating available?

Surface coating is available. Tell us the coated section and the friction coefficient you need and we confirm.

Do you assemble the valve and side port?

We can supply it as an assembled device. Specify the valve type and tube length.
