Soft materials (TPU · PVC · silicone) in Shore A, rigid ones (fluoropolymers · PEEK · PA · HDPE) in Shore D. For Pebax the grade name is the Shore D value (e.g. Pebax 7233 = 72D).
BaSO₄ · Bi₂O₃ · BiOCl · W can be added to PTFE · ETFE · FEP · TPU · Pebax · PA · HDPE. Loadings and effects per material are in the radiopaque filler note.

TDS · MSDS are provided for every material. ISO 10993 biocompatibility data is confirmed per grade and colour.
Yes. We do receive inquiries for PEI (Ultem) · TR55, PVC (TOTM) and radiopaque HDPE tubing. Send dimensions, durometer and quantity and we confirm feasibility or an alternative with Linstant.
In Shore A or D — e.g. 85A, or a range such as 82–90A. We match the nearest stocked grade. Fluoropolymers, PEEK and HDPE are given in Shore D.
UHMWPE liner, TPU, Pebax, PA, PE, PET, PEEK and PI contain no fluorine. PTFE · FEP · PFA · ETFE · PVDF are fluoropolymers.
