One set fits 2.25 · 3 mL glass and COP

A single finger grip BS-P101S fits both 2.25 mL and 3 mL barrels; choose the rod by volume — PR-200 (2.25 mL) or PR-300 (3 mL). Translucent or white, PP / PS.

13 rods and 7 grips dedicated to COP prefilled syringes

Accessories matched to Nextech COP PFS sub-assemblies (0.5 · 1 mL-L · 1 mL-UL · 1 mL-XL · 1.5 · 2.25 · 3 mL). Rods are cross-section or cylindrical; 1 mL-UL also has a glass-fibre-reinforced cylindrical rod (PR-C101UL). Grips are hollow-out or bow-tie (small · large).

Which fit glass PFS and which fit COP PFS?

Styles A–H are for 1 mL Long glass prefilled syringes; the COP PFS table models are for Nextech COP PFS sub-assemblies. For 2.25 · 3 mL, BS-P101S · PR-200 · PR-300 fit both glass and COP. Fit with other manufacturers' barrels is confirmed by drawing or sample.

Can I change only the colour or shape?

Choose a set colour within a standard style, or specify material, colour and shape as a custom part. Custom work runs product design → tooling → process validation → tool optimisation.

Minimum order quantity?

Glass PFS styles and the 2.25 · 3 mL dual-fit set: 1,000 per bag, 3,000 per box. Most COP PFS rods and grips: 1,500 per bag, 9,000 per box; 0.5 mL rods 3,000 per bag, 1 mL-XL rods 6,000 per box, 3 mL rods 1,000 per bag and 3,000 per box.
