Frequently asked questions

How do I choose a vial adapter?

Narrow it down by three questions: what connects to what (syringe · vial · bag), single use or repeated access, and whether the drug needs filtration or solvent resistance. The table above follows that order.

Can I replace another manufacturer's adapter I currently use?

Vial neck (13 · 20 mm) and Luer (ISO 80369-7) dimensions are standardised, so a matching model usually exists. The switching guide covers procedure and documents.

Lead time and minimum order quantity?

Stocked items within one month, non-stocked up to 8 weeks. Minimum quantity varies by model; samples are sent after consultation.

Is Korean medical-device approval in place?

Approval is being confirmed per item. Performance figures are disclosed within the scope of approval; for now we present configuration and dimensions.

Octudex supplies Nextech vial adapters stocked items within one month, non-stocked up to 8 weeks. Pricing is competitive against global tier-1 suppliers, and specification consultation is in Korean.

Procedure, documents and validation scope for switching from another manufacturer's adapter are covered in the switching guide → .

Tell us the item and the drug,
and we start with the right specification

You do not need the product code (e.g. VA-1F20L · PC-F100). Give us the container spec and intended use — Octudex narrows down the item, and Nextech Korea handles quotation and supply.
