After reconstitution, swab the valve, attach a syringe and draw as often as needed. No needle, so no needlestick and no coring.
Leave the adapter on the vial and swap only the syringe. The vented type equalises vial pressure during aspiration.

VA6 leaves a valve on the vial for repeated syringe connection. VA7 is a smaller spike with separate air and liquid channels and a folding cap, designed for repeated draws of cytotoxic drugs such as oncology agents.
