Wall thickness
Wall thickness sets stiffness and inner diameter at once. With the OD fixed, a thinner wall buys inner diameter at the cost of buckling resistance.

|---|---|---|

| PTFE liner — coating process | 0.01 mm | Principal Company Profile |

| PEEK | 0.05 – 3.00 mm | Principal Company Profile |
The same wall leaves different stiffness depending on the material. Polyimide holds its shape at 0.01 mm where PE at the same wall does not.
Wall is (OD − ID) ÷ 2. Given all three values we can check they agree; when they do not, which one governs has to be confirmed.
