Tolerance
A tolerance has to be read separately from the nominal value. The same “1.50 mm ID” is a different component at ±0.02 than at ±0.05.
Published values

|---|---|---|
| PEEK — OD < 2.00 mm | ±0.03 mm | Principal Company Profile |
| PEEK — OD < 10.00 mm | ±0.05 mm | Principal Company Profile |
| Polyimide | < 0.02 mm | Principal brochure |
| Multi-lumen | ±0.02 – 0.05 mm | Principal brochure |
| Balloon tubing | ±0.005 – 0.02 mm | Principal brochure |
| Heat-shrink tubing | ±0.01 – 0.05 mm | Principal brochure |
Tightening a tolerance lowers yield and raises unit cost. Loosening it where the design has room acts directly on price.
The principal states tolerances differently per item: PEEK by OD band, polyimide as a single upper bound. Merging them into one figure would destroy the basis.

For items that need a number — tolerance, sterilisation, adhesion — tell us the requirement and we confirm it with the principal.
