Multidose drugs such as GLP-1 and insulin are filled in cartridges and delivered with a pen injector. The pen's injection force, dose accuracy and IP status drive the launch schedule. ISO 11608-2 type A interface
A mechanical pen: dial the dose, push by hand. 0.01 mL minimum step, multiple doses from one cartridge, then the whole pen is discarded. 10,000-cycle durability testing and FTO analysis in four jurisdictions are complete, so it drops straight into a pharma project.
Set the dose with mode, up/down and inject buttons on an OLED display; a motor injects at a constant speed. ±0.1 U accuracy below 20 U. Dose history is stored on the pen and synced to an app over Bluetooth. A 30-minute magnetic charge lasts 30 days.

Both pens use the ISO 11608-2 type A interface, so Nextech pen needles fit directly: 31 · 32 · 33 · 34G, 4 · 5 · 6 · 8 mm, extra-thin wall (ETW), 3-bevel tip. Sourcing pen and needle from one manufacturer closes fit verification in one step.

SH2401 was developed with semaglutide, liraglutide, insulin, insulin degludec and somatropin as reference drugs. It fits 1.5 mL and 3 mL ISO 11608-3 cartridges; other volumes and viscosities are handled through custom development.
SH2401 has completed freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis in four jurisdictions — China, the EU, the US and Korea. Reports are shared under NDA.
For the electronic auto-injector you can specify container 0.5–50 mL, drive force 1–100 N, injection speed, dosing SOP, and housing colour and shape. SH2401 can be adjusted in colour, labelling and dose-increment range. Development stages and lead time are quoted after we receive the specification.
